Payment and Pricing
Advance payment unless otherwise agreed.
All prices are listed exclusive of VAT.
Shipping and packaging costs are added to product prices.
We reserve the right to update our prices.
Upon Delivery
Always inspect the item immediately upon receipt.
Report any damage during shipping to the carrier.
Immediately report any defects that did not occur during shipping. Never use a defective item, as this may void the warranty.
A defective item must be reported within 8 days.
Warranty
Wear and tear reduce the replacement value of the item.
We do not compensate for downtime, transportation of the claimed item, labor or repair costs incurred in filing a claim, or consequential damages caused by a defective item.
The warranty becomes invalid when the item has been subjected to unusually heavy wear, misuse, improper storage, or improper assembly.
How to Use the Warranty
Contact one of our sales representatives directly if you discover damage that, in your opinion, should be covered by the warranty.
Fill in the information requested by the seller.
Wait for the item's manufacturer to evaluate warranty cases (valid for new items).
Once the claim is approved by the manufacturer, you will first be replaced with an identical or equivalent item and, second, you will receive a refund.
Returns
When you return an in-stock item, you'll receive a 90% refund.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to specially ordered or out-of-stock items.
How to Make a Return
Always contact one of our sales representatives before submitting a return.
Please indicate the reason for the return.
Please attach a copy of your current invoice when submitting the return.
Send the shipment directly to our company address, not to a representative.
